Sept. 12, 13 & 14 = 66th Annual Okawville, Illinois Fair and Wheat Festival in the Community Park.  Evening arm bands will be used on all three days (hours vary) and are $18. Single tickets may be purchased at $2 each with one ticket required for rides. Saturday events include washer tournament, kiddie tractor pull, exhibit hall opens, antique tractor pull, rides with single ride tickets at $2, one ticket per ride), outdoor stage entertainment. Sunday events include parade, exhibit hall open and the Okawville High School band concert. All weekend is the Corn Box for kids, a play area for small children, free admission for events not requiring arm bands or tickets and free parking.Click here for more information and a map.
